The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says a patrol tried to pull over Carson Boos of Youngstown after they saw him speeding on Military Road. Boos didn't stop, and proceeded to lead police on a high-speed chase through Elsa Place, Bellreng Avenue and other neighborhood streets.
Boos was eventually stopped on Saunders Settlement Road, where he was arrested.
The 18-year-old has been charged with a Zero-Tolerance DWI for operating a vehicle with alcohol in his system while under the age of 21. He's also charged with third degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, obstruction of governmental administration and reckless driving.
Boos' vehicle was impounded and he was released on appearance tickets.
