Allegany, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 21-year-old North Collins man is dead following a fatal crash in the Town of Allegany in Cattaraugus County on Sunday morning.

Troopers out of Olean responded to a two-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle on Buffalo Road shortly before 10:40 a.m. ET.
An investigation determined a 2019 Harley Davidson occupied by Razvan Tuduc was traveling Northbound on Buffalo Road when he failed to negotiate the curve, crossing into the oncoming lane. The motorcycle then stuck a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado head on, killing Tuduc at the scene.
The occupants in the Chevrolet were not injured as a result of the accident.
The Cattaraugus County Medical Examiners office will perform an autopsy.
