Amherst office building sells for $1.2 million

AMHERST, N.Y. (WBEN)....A multi-tenant Amherst office building has landed a new owner from a local investment group.

Limestone Services Center LLC paid $1.2 million to acquire an 11,000-square-foot office building at 17 Beresford Court, buying it from the Shatkin Land Development Co. LLC.

Built in 1996, the building comes with 48 parking spaces.

And, in another deal in the Town of Amherst, People Inc. sold a building anchored by eight one-bedroom apartments to KNT Services Inc.

KNT Services paid $700,000 for the 9,000-square-foot, circa 1966 ere apartment building at 373 Carmen Road.
