Amherst, N.Y. (WBEN) - Two connected Amherst townhome complexes have been sold that saw their value increase by nearly 24% in the past six years.
Sold for a combined $5.45 million was the Maple Brook and Hunt Club townhomes, which have a combined 50 units.
The buyers are connected to a New York City-based real estate investment trust.
Maple Brook and Hunt Club had been owned by an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Summit Equity Investments.
Summit Equity acquired both properties in 2020 - paying a combined $4.4 million.
Maple Brook Townhomes - located on Maple Road - sold for $2.132.609 and the Hunt Club Townhomes on Hunt Club Circle sold for $3,317,391.
All 50 units are leased.
