Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A spokesperson with the Buffalo Police Department confirmed to WBEN on Wednesday that a bomb threat was made at the Wegmans on Amherst Street this past Sunday, resulting in the store's evacuation and a prompt response from officers.
No arrests have been made, at this time, in connection to the threat, as officials continue to investigate the incident.
People inside the store were evacuated out of an abundance of caution sometime around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.
No one was harmed as a result of the threat.
