Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 5-year-old girl involved in a crash on Oak Street early Thursday died over the weekend.
Police say the driver of a Chevrolet Equinox lost control, rolled over and hit a tree.
There were two adults and four children in the vehicle. The two adults were taken to Erie County Medical Center, and the four children were taken to Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo.
Police say all others involved are making progress in their recoveries, including the other child that was, and remains, in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at this time. The other two children involved have been released from the hospital. One of the adults remains at ECMC.
The investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
