And the 6-year-old, nearly 3,600-square-foot house just sold for $1.305 million, according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's Office. That's nearly 13.5% above the original list price.
The deal closed July 30, according to Clerk's Office data.
For Erie County, the deal is 63rd private residence - this year - to sell for more than $1 million. And for Clarence, it is 23rd house - this year - to go for north of the key $1 million economic threshold.
Last year, Clarence had 30 homes sell for more than $1 million.
Erie County is on a pace to see, at least, 107 homes sell for more than $1 million this year - a new record.
