BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN)......A nearly century-old Delaware Avenue apartment complex has landed new owners.

Investors YAVI Holdings Ltd. paid $1.6 million for the mixed-use complex that stretches between 2431 Delaware Avenue and 2435 Delaware Avenue.

The property had been owned by investors Greenlane Court LLC and FoxView LLC.

Constructed in 1930, the three-story building features street-level commercial space and 44 apartments on the upper two floors.

According to LoopNet, the apartments are 96% leased.

The deal is one of three major commercial deals that closed on Sept. 2 , according to filings in the Erie County Clerk's office.

The other two deals:

* Benderson Development's RB-3 Associates sold a single-tenant building at 1930 Niagara Falls Boulevard in the Town of Tonawanda to Methods Realty Corp., who paid $1.9 million for the bank branch.

KeyBank, the tenant, is remaining in the building under the terms of a long term lease.

* A 4,400-square-foot medical office-anchored building at 6035 Main Street in Amherst was acquired by Janic Properties Inc., who paid $750,000 for the property.

The building had been owned by Munroes Main Street LLC, according to county records.
