LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WBEN) – After Bills fans left a mess at the Transit Drive-In's watch party on Saturday night that took hours to clean up, the Lockport venue will now charge admission for this weekend's watch party.

Though it will now cost $39 for admission into the popular drive-in theatre, the admission is actually a "donation" to The Teacher's Desk, a non-profit organization in Buffalo that helps Western New York teachers and students receive classroom supplies.

The theatre's owner, Rick Cohen, wrote on Facebook that The Teacher's Desk was chosen because of Ezra "Pancho Billa" Castro, who was the most inspirational football fan he ever met.

"Ezra's limitless enthusiasm and unbridled passion for his team was absolutely contagious," Cohen wrote. "All football fans were like family to him. Tragically, Ezra passed away at age 39 from cancer on May 14, 2019 and is no longer with us to share the enjoyment of this season's many victories."

The $39 donation to the non-profit will be required to guarantee a parking spot for the game. The gate will open at 3 p.m. Donations for admission can be made by clicking here.
