Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A former Girl Scout leader is going to prison for sexually abusing two children
34-year-old Marty Walton of North Tonawanda was sentenced to 15 years in prison followed by 20 years of post-release supervision. He will be required to register as a sex offender upon his release.
Walton admitted to engaging in sexual conduct with two children in Amherst in 2020. Both victims were known to Walton.
Walton pleaded guilty to one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree (Class "B" violent felony) and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (Class "D" violent felonies) on August 24, 2022.
