Amherst, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Buffalo man has been charged with exposing himself to a young girl at a park in the Village of Williamsville.
According to Amherst Police, at around 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, the department received a complaint of a suspicious man following a juvenile girl inside Amherst State Park. They say the man also exposed himself.
Officers located and arrested 39-year-old Joseph Brown Jr. He's been charged with exposure of a person, endangering the welfare of a child and obstructing governmental administration.
