(WBEN) In Niagara Falls, a 23-year old man was severely injured when his motorcycle was hit by an SUV turning left out of the Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd. He was then thrown into the path of another SUV traveling eastbound.
The young man was transported to ECMC where he underwent surgery.
Deputies say charges are pending in the investigation.
