EVANS, N.Y. (WBEN)......An expansion of the St. Paul's Apartments could see the Town of Evans senior living complex grow by more than 325%.
The Episcopal Church Home & Affiliates is working with Town of Evans officials on the next phase of the St, Paul's Apartments on Lake Street.
Plans call for 52-unit addition - dubbed St. Paul's Apartments II.- to be adjacent to the 16-unit first phase of the complex.
With the additional units, St. Paul's will grow to 68 apartments and homes.
The new addition carries a $25.55 million development price tag.
Officials say the new units should be move-in ready by next summer.
St. Paul's is being marketed to seniors 55 years or older and fit into the "affordable" demographic.
