North Tonawanda, N.Y. (WBEN) - North Tonawanda City Attorney Edward Zebulske was arrested in Myrtle Beach, S.C. after being found intoxicated at a hotel.
Zebulske was charged with disorderly conduct after being arrested for public intoxication.
Police there say the manager of a Red Roof Inn reported an extremely intoxicated man was lying outside, before he entered the lobby and began throwing around objects.
Zebulske was re-elected this past November after running unopposed.
He had previously been arrested on charges of DWI in November of 2023 on Webster Street in North Tonawanda, in an incident that was caught on police body cam and publicized.
