Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - After being reopened late Wednesday and for the Thursday morning commute, the outbound Kensington Expressway was closed again midday Thursday to allow for further inspection of the Dodge Street overpass.
The bridge was struck Wednesday by a tractor trailer carrying heavy construction equipment.
The lanes reopened at about 1pm.

The New York State Department of Transportation said the outbound lanes were closed in the City of Buffalo from downtown to Delavan Street beginning at 11 a.m. today for a few hours to facilitate survey work associated with the bridge hit of the Dodge Street overpass, which occurred yesterday.
