Town of Niagara Police Search for Individual Who Left Puppy in Dumpster

Town of Niagara, N.Y. (WBEN) – The Niagara County SPCA and Town of Niagara Police are seeking information about the individual they believe is responsible for abandoning a puppy in a dumpster at the Wendy’s parking lot early Wednesday morning. Officers have released images of a white vehicle and the person they want to question in connection with the incident.

The puppy, identified by a name tag as "Salassie," is currently receiving care from the Niagara County SPCA.

Local attorney Dominic Saraceno is offering a reward of $3,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible.
