
Niagara Falls, N.Y. (WBEN) - Police in the City of Niagara Falls have arrested three individuals for their involvement in an unprovoked assault of a Tim Hortons worker on Sunday evening at the Pine Avenue location.

Two adult suspects were arraigned Thursday morning in Niagara Falls City Court for their involvement in the attack. Brittny Robinson, 37, and Brionna Harris, 30, both of Niagara Falls, were arraigned on charges of Gang Assault in the Second Degree for their role in the attack.
A 13-year-old will also face the same charge, but will be issued an appearance ticket to report to Niagara County Probation. The juvenile’s case will be handled in Family Court based on the charge and her age.
Both adults are presently each being held on $20,000 bail, with their next court appearance scheduled for the morning of June 7.
The 42-year-old victim was released from the hospital on Wednesday.
