The vehicle avoided a traffic stop before the driver and passenger jumped out on Yonkers Avenue and fled on foot
21 year old Nahiah Anderson of Buffalo and a 17 year old were arrested Anderson was taken to Central Booking and charged The 17 year old was charged and released
Troopers also found a pistol on the teenager
