Woman charged with bringing contraband to prison

The Buffalo woman is accused of bringing pills to a downstate facility

Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The State Department of Corrections has announced the arrest of a Buffalo woman for allegedly smuggling more than 200 pills and 26 pieces of legal paper treated with an unknown substance into Green Haven Correctional Facility downstate.

Dawn Jones-Mills has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, knowingly bringing contraband to a prison and two counts of promoting prison contraband.
