A Trump supporter was charged with a misdemeanor assault after breathing heavily on two protesters outside of Trump National Golf Club, in Washington D.C.
Sunday.
Raymond Deskins, 61, was captured on cell phone video wearing a Trump tee-shirt, and an inflatable Trump doll, breathing on a woman during a heated encounter.
The woman who can be heard, but not seen, asks Deskins repeatedly to move away from her because he’s not wearing a mask.
Just after Deskins breathes on her, she immediately calls out “assault,” while he says "I breathed on you."
According to reporting by NBC4 in Washington D.C., one of the two women has been identified as Kathy Beynette.
Beynette described the incident by saying that that "quite out of nowhere, the guy came over from across the street, came charging across the street." She added that she was worried about her health and the health of the other woman.
"We're both senior citizens both close to 70 years old, which puts us in a high-risk category," she said.
"Because of this guy, my family has had to cancel the small Thanksgiving that we had planned with just a few people because I said I might've been exposed."

Trump was golfing at the time, after reportedly skipping a G20 Summit with world leaders.
The Sheriff's Office told Business Insider that it was "aware" of the video, but said that "the incident was not witnessed by law enforcement and the video did not capture the entire interaction."
The office says an “investigation was conducted on scene and both parties were advised they could go to a Loudoun County Magistrate and seek a citizen-obtained warrant."
Deskins was released on a summons.
