BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - A wind advisory is in effect for most of Friday for parts of Western New York.
The wind advisory is in effect until 11 p.m. for Niagara, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, and Allegany Counties. Wind gusts will be near or exceeding 50 miles per hour at a times.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and result in difficult travel for high profile vehicles. A few tree limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power outages may result.
