NEW YORK -- If you’re looking to head to some businesses requiring vaccines before the mandate takes effect, your options continue to expand.
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio applauded 20 new businesses that were early adopters of the “Key to NYC” program, which starts next week, and will be enforced beginning Sept. 13.
The mandate will require vaccination for entry to indoor dining, entertainment and fitness facilities in New York City.
In order to confirm your status, the city is accepting your physical vaccine pass, the New York Excelsior Pass or the NYC COVID Safe App.
