NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – The NYPD released surveillance images Thursday of a car they’re searching for in connection with the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy in the Bronx last weekend.
Police said the car they’re searching for is a dark-colored Honda Accord with three orange stripes on the hood.

The vehicle is being sought in connection with the fatal shooting of 13-year-old Jaryan Elliot, who was shot and killed Sunday evening on E. 187th Street in the Belmont section.
Police said Elliot was shot in the chest and leg and was pronounced dead at St. Barnabas Hospital.
No arrests have been reported in the shooting.
Chief of Department Rodney Harrison said this week that the shooting was gang related and that the boy was believed to be the intended target.
