Woman pushes Brooklyn nail shop employee, steals rhinestone box, $250: NYPD

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Police are searching for a suspect who shoved a worker at a Brooklyn nail salon then stole a box of rhinestones and $250, according to authorities.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., on Monday, June 27, a 45-year-old employee was inside of a nail salon located on Miller Avenue in East New York when she was approached by the suspect, cops said.

The suspect pushed the employee into a wall and stole a box of rhinestones and approximately $250 dollars before fleeing, the NYPD said.

The victim refused medical attention.
