Contest Rules: To enter the WCBS-FM and New York Botanical Garden Online Scavenger Hunt Contest, starting Monday, July 8, 2024 at 12:00am (ET) through Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 11:59pm (ET), visit www.wcbsfm.com and search for the image of the Cheshire Cat that is hidden on one the pages on www.wcbsfm.com. Once you find the image of the Cheshire Cat click the image to get access to the contest page and completely fill out and submit the online entry form. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (ET) on July 14, 2024. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. On or around 10:00am (ET) on Monday, July 15, 2024, up to five (5) entries will be randomly selected from among all eligible online entries received, and will, upon verification of eligibility, receive four (4) All Garden Passes to see the New York Botanical Garden's Wonderland: Curious Nature Exhibit located at the New York Botanica Garden, 2900 Southern Blvd., Bronx, NY. Tickets are valid for any one (1) day and expire on October 27, 2024. There will be up to five (5) winners in this contest. Each prize is valued at $140.00 and is courtesy of the New York Botanical Garden. The winner(s) and any guests, if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety, and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government-mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
