9-1-1 services restored nationwide

UPDATE:

A nationwide 9-1-1 outage for AT&T customers was resolved just before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. The City of Minneapolis reported issues around 7:15 a.m. AT&T acknowledged the outage and apologized to anyone who was affected.

A nationwide AT&T outage is disrupting 9-1-1 services, including in the Twin Cities. The alternate number during this time for Minneapolis is 612-348-2345.

⚠️ AT&T customers are currently experiencing a nationwide issue calling 9-1-1. While some calls make it through, some do not. If you need emergency services, the alternate phone number for 9-1-1 in Minneapolis is 612-348-2345. There is not currently an ETA for a fix.

Approx an hour ago Minneapolis was made aware that AT&T is experiencing a 911 outage resulting in their customers unable to be directly connected to 911. The alternate number during this time for Mpls is 612-348-2345. We are working with our service partners to fix this issue.
