The little boy who was thrown from a balcony to the floor of Mall of America is now out of the intensive unit.
According to the
GoFundMe page for his family, the boy named Landon is now in an inpatient, physical rehab program at another hospital.
- We are happy to report that our son is no longer in intensive care and has been moved to an inpatient, physical rehab program at another hospital to help him continue to heal and focus on the next phase of his recovery. There is hard work ahead! And, our beautiful boy has endured much already, but he is strong and his spirit remains vibrant. The incident happened April 12.
The man who threw the boy from the mall balcony is now serving a 19-year sentence.
Emmanuel Aranda pleaded guilty to attempted first-degree premeditated murder.
The GoFundMe page shows that more than one-million dollars has been raised for Landon's family.
