Minneapolis Police arrested a man on probable cause riot charges this morning. The man was seen picking up rubber bullets, flash grenade shells and debris across the street from the third precinct office where protesters spent most of the night. News Talk 830 WCCO's Susie Jones was there when she saw the man approached by six police officers. As seen in the video, the man was arrested without incident but was not given a reason why he was being arrested. During the arrest, Jones says she was pushed hard by an officer.

A Minneapolis Police spokesperson says the man was arrested on probable cause riot charges but couldn't say anymore as it was an on-going investigation. There is no confirmation if the charge was related to last night's incident. The police who were responding to the protest last night were using green tip marking bullets that left markings on their targets. It is not known if this arrest was related to a marking left on the person.

Minneapolis Police are expected to speak today about last night's protest that left the third precinct building and vehicles damaged and filled with graffiti.
