Finally, a sellout at TCF Bank Stadium for the Gopher football team.
The University of Minnesota made the announcement late Thursday, less than two days before the much-anticipated matchup between the Gophers and Penn State.
Both teams are unbeaten, both are ranked in the top 15 going into the 11:00 a.m. kickoff.

— Minnesota Football (@GopherFootball) November 7, 2019And it appears the weather may cooperate, with temperatures predicted to reach into the 40's on Saturday.
This is the first sellout for Gopher football since 2015, a season where the Gophers had home crowds of more than 50,000 six times.
That was when there were extra seats at TCF Bank Stadium to accomodate the Vikings.
Since that game on Nov. 26, 2015 against Wisconsin, a 31-21 loss, the Gophers had gone 26 games without filling the 50,805 facility.
