After tweeting out "LIBERATE MINNESOTA" last week, it seems like some peace has been made between President Trump and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
Governor Walz discussed the phone call in his address today, saying that the two spoke on Saturday and have come to an understanding.
President Trump tweeted in support of the Liberate Minnesota protests at the Governor's residence on Friday. During his daily COVID-19 on Friday, Walz said he tried to reach out to both President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence to no avail.
