Target Field is the place to be this weekend as the Twins kick off their annual Twinsfest Friday afternoon.
Team President Dave St. Peter says it's a way for fans to have a little fun, get excited for the season, and meet 55 current and former players.
"We sell more 'flex plans' than anything else. It's a package that allows you to pick your games. I just think that's the way of the world and something we're going to do more and more of," said St. Peter.
Twins players and coaches are wrapping up their annual Winter Caravan, where they visited a number of communities in Minnesota and the Dakotas to get fans excited for the upcoming baseball season. Pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training in just a few weeks on February 13th. The Twins open the season at home on March 28th against Cleveland.
