Firefighters in St. Paul are investigating two commercial building fires across the street from each other. Both were in the area of Arcade and Jenks Streets.
The first was reported Wednesday morning. The second, earlier Wednesday afternoon.
St. Paul Fire Department spokesman Roy Mokosso says its unclear if the fires are related.
"Both fires are being investigated," says Mokosso. "Investigators are working with St. Paul Police as well, to determine the cause of the fire. The cause and origin is undetermined. That cause may change if information or the investigation process yields additional information."
The businesses were not occupied and there were no injuries.
