Just one player has officially been ruled out, as wide receiver Jake Kumerow will miss his third-straight game with an ankle injury.

Meanwhile, defensive tackle Jordan Phillips is the only other player listed with an injury designation for Sunday's contest, as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury that has him as questionable to play.

While the injury list for the Bills this week at practice was quite long, the team finally appears to be near full strength after a number of weeks where the team was hampered by injuries.

As for the Chiefs, safety Bryan Cook, cornerback Rashad Fenton and defensive tackle Tershawn Whatron have all been ruled out for this matchup.

Kickoff between the Bills and Chiefs this Sunday is set for 4:25 p.m. ET on the official voice of the Bills - WGR Sports Radio 550.
