What a way to kick off Women’s History Month! Ryan Mitchell and Shar Jossell had the chance to catch up with the cast of BET’s new scripted series, “Twenties.”

“Twenties” is groundbreaking programming for the network in many ways. The show’s creator and executive producer is Emmy Award winning Lena Waithe, and it chronicles three best friends--in their 20s-- navigating the hills and valley of Los Angeles and the entertainment industry... with the protagonist being a masculine presenting lesbian, and her two best friends being cis straight women.

During their chat, actresses Jonica “Jojo” T. Gibbs, Christina Elmore, and Gabrielle Graham dish on everything from how they relate to, and differ, from their characters, to the most rewarding thing about being in your twenties. This is an interview you don’t want to miss!

“Twenties” premieres on March 4 at 10/9c.
