Indianapolis is led by the NFL's leading rusher Jonathan Taylor, who has 937 yards on the ground and 10 total touchdowns this year.

As for the Bills, they will have another issue to deal with, as starting rookie right tackle Spencer Brown had to be put on the Reserve/COVID-19 list earlier in the week. He did not practice on Friday and is not looking good for Sunday's game.

During his weekly appearance on the “Extra Point Show” with Sal Capaccio and "Sneaky Joe" DiBiase on Friday, Bills head coach Sean McDermott offered an update on some of the other players who were in danger of missing this Sunday’s game, including linebacker Tremaine Edmunds.

“[Edmunds] will be limited today, and we will see where that takes us as we head into the game on Sunday,” McDermott said.

Edmunds missed last week's matchup with the Jets, and missed the first two practices of the week. It, at the very least, gives everyone a glimmer of hope that he can be available for Sunday's matchup with the Colts.

Looking at those who played last week, McDermott was asked about wide receiver Gabriel Davis and his future role with the team following his first 100-yard game of the year.

“I am really proud of what he did this last week and master his role," McDermott said. "On top of that, he made some big plays for us over the middle of the field. I look forward to him continuing in that effort as we continue throughout the season.”

The Bills also made a roster move on Friday, adding offensive tackle Bobby Hart from the Tennessee Titans' practice squad. Hart signed with the Bills in the offseason and was released by the team following the preseason.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. EST at Highmark Stadium with John Murphy, Eric Wood and Sal Capaccio on the call along the Bills Radio Network.
