Buffalo Bills fans are, once again, proving they're among the most loyal supporters in all of sports.
Not only did "Bills Mafia" travel exceedingly well for Thursday's Thanksgiving affair against the Saints in New Orleans - roughly 1,300 miles from Western New York - but many of them also stuck it out until the bitter end at Caesars Superdome, lingering well-beyond the final whistle to support their favorite players.
After the game, while quarterback Josh Allen and wide receiver Stefon Diggs were giving postgame interviews, a video taken by WWL's Jeff Nowak showed scores of Bills faithful still packing the stadium's lower bowl up to 40 minutes after the conclusion of a game that wasn't even competitive. Nowak said he'd never seen anything like it, including from Saints fans.
Of course, all of "Bills Mafia" had plenty of reason to be in good spirits after their team dominated the overmatched Saints to improve to 7-4. The win moved the Bills back into a tie with the New England Patriots for first place in the AFC East.
Despite throwing two picks on Thursday, Allen bounced back nicely from a Week 11 dud with four touchdown passes, including one to Diggs and two to tight end Dawson Knox.
No matter what, win or lose, Bills fans have long had a reputation as being some of the most loyal and fun-loving in the league. Whether they're jumping through tables or hanging around the Superdome until ungodly hours on Thanksgiving night, "Bills Mafia" is there for their boys.
