Buffalo, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills are looking to keep the momentum going, following their exciting win over Tampa Bay, on a short week heading into Houston for Thursday Night Football.
Bills head coach Sean McDermott joined Sal Capaccio on the Extra point show and spoke to how a short week does effect things in the organization.
"We go right back to work, especially because it's a an away game. You know, we're getting on the road rather quickly, and that's part of the part of the job. So again, lot of volume in terms of information gathered in a short span of a time, but we try and simplify it for the players so they can go execute."
Quarterback Josh Allen put up another historic performance against Tampa Bay, tallying three passing touchdowns and three rushing touchdowns. McDermott spoke on how the game can change when he is at his best.
"When he's on his game, you look out. He's the best there is in the business. He was on his game last week, that's for sure. And the offense was rolling."
McDermott also laid out the injury report and who will be inactive for the contest.
"Dalton Kincaid will be out, Mecole Hardman will be out and Curtis Samuel, all three of those guys will be out. And then we'll go from there."
Kickoff on Thursday night at NRG Stadium is slated for 8:15 p.m. on the radio home of the Bills - WGR Sports Radio 550.
