According to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter, the Buffalo Bills are adding to their defensive line with former Washington Commanders defensive tackle Tim Settle. Schefter reports it's a two-year deal that can be made official when NFL Free Agency officially opens at 4 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
Settle is a one-technique tackle, which would make him a depth piece either behind Star Lotulelei or replacing Harrison Phillips, who is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on Wednesday.

In four years in Washington, Settle did not put up monster stats by any means with seven sacks and 54 tackles in 63 games.
However, Settle could be one of those guys that provides value, while not filling up the stat sheet.

Sam Monson from Pro Football Focus has been gushing about this move for the Bills. Settle had a very solid PFF grade of 70.8 in 2021.
