Two Susquehanna County schools move to hybrid instruction following uptick in COVID-19 cases

A recent uptick in COVID-19 cases in Susquehanna County leads to changes in the start of classes in two school districts there. Susquehanna Community and Mountain View schools will begin with hybrid instruction of online and in-person education as opposed to full in-person instruction. Almost two dozen new cases in one week pushed the rural county from low to moderate level of community transmission. It's reported that some of those cases came from a New Milford Township church, causing officials there to suspend in-person Sunday services.
