A woman and four children are dead following a blaze at a home along Brook Road in Polk Township, Monroe County. The fire broke out before midnight. The coroner was called to the scene and says 5 people died, including four children and an adult woman. Autopsies are pending and investigators are trying to find out the cause of the deadly blaze. The identity of the victims have not been released at this time.
