The man accused of killing an Old Forge businessman entered a not guilty plea in Lackawanna County Court yesterday. Justin Schuback is charged with, among others, first, second and third degree murder in connection with the death of Robert Baron. Baron went missing in January of 2017. Remains identified as those of Baron were found back in March in a wooded area of Old Forge. Schuback's tentative trial date has been scheduled for January 2024.
