It's a rematch. Jim Bognet will face off with Matt Cartwright in Pa.'s 8th U.S. Congressional District. The Republican beat Mike Marsicano to win the Republican Primary. Incumbent Democrat Matt Cartwright did not have a challenger. Bognet lost to Cartwright in 2020.
