A Wayne County woman faces several charges after her dogs attacked 2 women last week. One of the women was hurt so severely that she had to have part of her arm amputated. Police charged Lori Mulvey of Lake Ariel, with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, harboring dangerous dogs and related counts. The attacks happened on Feb12th near Mulvey's former residence along Iroquois Path in Pocono Ranchettes, a community in Lehigh Township.
