Dalton man now facing 1st degree murder charge in workplace shooting

The man accused of fatally shooting his co-worker over the weekend, now faces first and third degree murder charges. The incident took place at Lowe’s on Viewmont Drive in Scranton. According to court papers, 36 year old Christopher Wasnetsky shot and killed Jeff Moeller. His death has been ruled homicide. Wasnetsky has been denied bail.
