HAZLE TOWNSHIP, PA — A Hazle Township woman is facing multiple charges following a stabbing incident on Tuesday. According to the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), troopers responded to a reported stabbing on Hollywood Boulevard.
Authorities identified the suspect as Katlynn Marie Green. She was taken into custody for the assault. Officers provided initial medical assistance to the victim at the scene, whose current condition has not been released.
Green is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and other related offenses. Following her arraignment, Green was denied bail and is currently being held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
