
A late-year storm has unleashed heavy rain and gusty winds as it barrels up the East Coast. Heavy rain continues moving through our area this morning. Flood watches and warnings remain in NEPA for possible low lying localized flooding. Officials are keeping a close eye on small creeks and streams and normally poor drainage areas. Drivers should also be aware of ponding on roadways which may be deeper than it appears. Turn around, don't drown. StormTracker 16 Meteorologist Joe Snedeker says the rain will leave the region by noon today.
