Lackawanna County man charged with shooting delivery driver

A shooting involving an Instacart driver is under investigation in one part of Lackawanna County. According to South Abington Township Police, the man was delivering groceries to the home in Newton Township when Nicholas Sabo fired a shot, hitting the driver in the leg. He underwent surgery. Sabo was charged with recklessly endangering another person.
