If you’re worried about a dangerous intersection, speeding traffic, or any other safety concern on Luzerne County roads, officials want to hear from you.
The county’s GIS/Planning and Zoning Department is collecting public input as part of a new Transportation Safety Action Plan. The goal is to document issues affecting drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit riders—and potentially use that information to apply for funding to make improvements.
Residents can submit concerns through an interactive online map, available in the “Safe Streets For All” section at luzernecounty.org. Just pinpoint the problem spot, double-click, and describe the issue. Providing a name and contact information is optional.
