PennDOT announces the following roadwork plan for this week in the Northeast Pa. region.
Interstate 81 northbound in Luzerne County from Exit 165 (Mountain Top/Wilkes-Barre) to Exit 168 (Highland Park Boulevard/Wilkes-Barre) for bridge deck repairs. Work will occur Monday, June 24, 2024, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Interstate 81 southbound in Lackawanna County from Exit 190 (Dickson City) to Exit 188 (Dunmore/Throop) for patching. Work will occur Tuesday, June 25,2024, from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
Interstate 81 southbound in Lackawanna County from Exit 188 (Dunmore/Throop) to Exit 184 (Moosic Street) for patching. Work will occur Wednesday, June 26,2024, from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
The Interstate 81 southbound rest area in Lenoxville, Susquehanna County will be closed for ramp and curb modifications. Work will take place Monday, June 24, 2024, through Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
