KINGSTON, PA — Authorities in Kingston Borough are turning to the public for assistance in locating a 51-year-old man wanted on a string of serious felony offenses. According to court records, Andrew John Raupp, of Scranton, is facing multiple charges in connection with a criminal investigation involving a minor.
